Annual Meeting

Wednesday March 19th, 2024


Registration will be required for this event. 

$25.00 per participant or $10.00 per student and includes:

  • Access to talks
  • Admission to vendor shows and poster session
  • Breakfast and lunch
  • Closing reception happy hour

What we need to make this event successful:

A call for Speakers! The success of this event relies on our flow cytometry community to share their research and expertise. If you or someone you know would like to provide an educational talk, please email us with the speaker’s name, contact information and the proposed talk.

Please fill out the Vendor Interest Form Space is limited to 16 vendors on a first-come, first-served basis. A waiting list will be available after this number is reached.

Do you or someone you know want to be a part of our amazing line up of speakers?

We are expanding the space for vendors by moving the poster session to a new location! We will have room for 16 vendors this year on a first-come, first-served basis.

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is located in the South Lake Union region of Downtown Seattle Washington. The meeting will be held in the Thomas and Weintraub Building. Visitors will need to check in at the front desk security.

I-5 North use Left lane to take exit 167 for Seattle Ctr toward Mercer St.

I-5 South use right lane to take exit 167 for Seattle Ctr toward Mercer St.

Turn right onto Fairview Ave N.

Turn right onto Ward St.

There is limited free visitor parking in the Ward St lot with additional paid street parking near by.
